match2health is a product of Vertisse Executive GmbH - an executive search and management consulting firm specializing in the healthcare sector, based in Oberhaching near Munich.
Vertisse Executive was founded by Malin Adam (M. Sc.) and has stood for years for highly professional, discreet, and precise placement of healthcare specialists and executives.
In our day-to-day consulting work, we repeatedly encountered the same challenges that weigh on the traditional recruitment process in healthcare.
Work in the healthcare sector is evolving: jobs are being cut to save costs, and AI is already taking over in many areas. Employers are looking for the right or additional know-how, but don’t know how to find these people.
