match2health is a product of Vertisse Executive GmbH—an executive search and management consulting firm specializing in the healthcare sector, based in Oberhaching near Munich.

Vertisse Executive was founded by Malin Adam (M. Sc.) and has stood for years for highly professional, discreet, and precise placement of healthcare specialists and executives.

In our day-to-day consulting work, we have repeatedly encountered the same challenges that burden the traditional recruitment process in healthcare: long time-to-fill, high costs, limited discretion for active candidates, and a large number of unsuitable applications on the part of facilities.

Especially in sensitive and confidential staffing matters, it has repeatedly become clear that conventional approaches often do not provide the level of discretion, efficiency, and fit that both professionals and employers need today.
