We process personal data only insofar as this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. Processing regularly takes place only with your consent or if a legal basis allows the processing. <\/p>\n

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.<\/p>\n

Handling of Applicant Data<\/strong><\/p>\n

We offer you the opportunity to apply to us (e.g., by email, post, or via an online application form). In the following, we inform you about the scope, purpose, and use of your personal data collected during the application process. We assure you that the collection, processing, and use of your data take place in accordance with applicable data protection law and all other statutory provisions and that your data will be treated strictly confidentially. <\/p>\n

Scope and Purpose of Data Collection<\/span><\/h4>\n

When you send us an application, we process your associated personal data (e.g., contact and communication data, application documents, notes from job interviews, etc.) insofar as this is necessary to decide on the establishment of an employment relationship. The legal basis for this is Section 26 BDSG under German law (initiation of an employment relationship), Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (general contract initiation) and \u2013 if you have given your consent \u2013 Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Consent can be revoked at any time. Your personal data will only be passed on within our company to persons involved in processing your application. <\/p>\n

If the application is successful, the data submitted by you will be stored in our data processing systems on the basis of Section 26 BDSG and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship. <\/p>\n

Retention Period of Data<\/span><\/h4>\n

If we are unable to make you a job offer, if you reject a job offer, or if you withdraw your application, we reserve the right to retain the data you have transmitted on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR) for up to 6 months from the end of the application process (rejection or withdrawal of the application). The data will then be deleted and the physical application documents destroyed. Retention serves in particular for evidentiary purposes in the event of a legal dispute. If it is evident that the data will be required after the 6-month period has expired (e.g., due to an imminent or pending legal dispute), deletion will only take place when the purpose for further retention no longer applies. <\/p>\n

Longer retention may also take place if you have given corresponding consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR) or if statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.<\/p>\n

Registration is required to use the platform (profile creation, job search, matching, direct contact).<\/p>\n

Processed data (Applicants):
- Salutation, first and last name
- Email address
- Password (encrypted)
- Professional qualifications, education, work experience
- CV, certificates, and other application documents (optional)
- Health-related information (only with express consent and insofar as relevant for the position)
- Other voluntary profile data (e.g., photo, language skills, availability)<\/p>\n

Processed data (Employers \/ Companies):
- Company name, contact person, contact details
- Company profile and job advertisements<\/p>\n

Purpose: Implementation of the matching process, mediation between professionals and employers in the healthcare sector, provision of platform functions.
Legal basis: Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of contract \/ pre-contractual measures) and, for special categories of data, Art. 9 Para. 2 lit. a GDPR (consent). <\/p>\n

Data transfer upon conclusion of contract for services and digital content<\/strong><\/p>\n

We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary in the context of contract processing, for example to the credit institution responsible for processing payments.<\/p>\n

Further transmission of the data will not take place or will only take place if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes. <\/p>\n

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. <\/p>\n

6. Application and Matching Process<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you apply for a position or an employer wishes to view your data\/contact you, your profile data will be transmitted to the respective employer. This only happens with your prior consent or as part of an active application on your part. <\/p>\n

Your data will be passed on exclusively within the platform and only to registered employers in the healthcare sector. Disclosure to third parties outside of this purpose does not occur. <\/p>\n

We store your personal data only as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose or due to statutory retention obligations (e.g., commercial and tax law).<\/p>\n

Applicant data is generally deleted **6 months** after completion of the application process, unless consent for longer storage (talent pool) has been given or statutory regulations prevent this.<\/p>\n

13. Data Transfer to Third Countries<\/strong><\/p>\n

Transfer to third countries outside the EU\/EEA only takes place if suitable guarantees (e.g., EU standard contractual clauses) are in place or express consent has been given.<\/p>\n
