Our Story.<\/span><\/h2>\n

match2health is a product of Vertisse Executive GmbH - an executive search and management consulting firm specializing in the healthcare sector, based in Oberhaching near Munich.<\/p>\n

Vertisse Executive was founded by Malin Adam (M. Sc.)<\/strong> and has stood for years for highly professional, discreet, and precise placement of healthcare specialists and executives.<\/p>\n

In our day-to-day consulting work, we repeatedly encountered the same challenges that weigh on the traditional recruitment process in healthcare.<\/p>\n

Work in the healthcare sector is evolving: jobs are being cut to save costs, and AI is already taking over in many areas. Employers are looking for the right or additional know-how, but don\u2019t know how to find these people. <\/p>\n

Healthcare professionals are often unhappy in their current job. They may be ready to make a change, but often see the effort of job hunting as too high (too slow, lack of transparency, response times that are too long). <\/p>\n
